Coaching

I provide coaching for social workers, educators, and other helping professionals who want a reflective, values-based space to explore next steps in their professional lives. Coaching is collaborative, intentional, and focused on forward movement. Coaching often supports:

I am an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Coaching is not clinical supervision or therapy. It is a structured, supportive process that helps professionals move forward with clarity and intention.

Supervision and Consultation

I offer both supervision and consultation for professionals who are seeking a thoughtful, ethical space to reflect on practice, leadership, teaching, or complex professional situations. My approach emphasizes:

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Alabama and an approved clinical supervisor (#1544C-S).
